Information we receive
When someone contacts Lynadex or purchases a service, we may receive their name, professional contact details, company, billing details, correspondence, meeting availability and information they choose to share about a business question or engagement.
Our hosting infrastructure may record an IP address, request date, page requested and basic browser or device information. These limited logs support security, reliability and error diagnosis.
When a client pays by card, Stripe collects and processes payment credentials. Lynadex receives transaction details such as the payer name, billing contact, amount, currency, payment status and a transaction reference, but does not receive or store the full card number.
How information is used
- To respond to enquiries, assess fit and prepare an engagement proposal.
- To schedule meetings, deliver analysis and communicate with clients.
- To process payments, issue invoices, prevent fraud and manage refunds.
- To meet record-keeping, tax and other applicable legal obligations.
- To protect the website and diagnose technical incidents.
Depending on the context and applicable law, these activities are based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests, consent or a legal obligation.
Service providers and disclosure
Information is available only to Lynadex and service providers that need it for hosting, email, meeting coordination, professional operations, invoicing or payment processing. Stripe acts as a payment provider for card transactions and handles payment data under the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Lynadex does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights or in connection with a legitimate business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards.
International processing
Some service providers may process information in countries other than the user's own. Where required, Lynadex relies on contractual, statutory or other recognised safeguards for those transfers.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become an engagement are kept only as long as reasonably useful for follow-up. Client records are kept during the relationship and afterwards for the period required for contracts, accounting, tax, dispute resolution and legitimate record-keeping. Technical logs are retained for a limited security and operational period.
Cookies and tracking
The current website does not use advertising, behavioural profiling or audience-measurement cookies. A Stripe-hosted checkout or another external service may use technologies necessary to provide its service and prevent fraud under its own policy.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain uses of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
Send a request to contact@lynadex.com. Lynadex may ask for limited information to verify the request and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also contact the data-protection or privacy regulator with jurisdiction where you live.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when services, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
